Respected Sir, Subject:- Final Plot 768/10 T P Scheme 3 – Chadavad admeasuring 3065 sqmeters and takrari nodh 74/07 in that regard. —————————————————————————— 1. Kindly note that the Office of Jansampark of the Chief Minister of Gujarat vide their letter dated 11-3-2008 has informed me that they have taken up the matter with the Revenue Department. 2. I would like to bring it to your attention that the City Mamlatdar had ordered detailed investigation vide communication dated 5-6-2007 ( outward no 2686) pursuant to my objection letter dated 30-5-2007.Kindly accord top priority for conducting detailed inquiry on Harekrishna Developers, Span Medicals and their associates including chartered accountants of Span Medicals Ltd,etc. 3. The then Circle Officer ( Mr. Jhalarvadia, if I am not mistaken) at the relevant time , I believe has not taken steps to carry investigation and furnish copy of the findings to me. 4. In case the City Mamlatdar or the Collector of Ahmedabad has instructed you in writing to restrain you from carrying out investigation kindly furnish a copy of the same to me forthwith. 5. I urgently request you to be kind enough to extend your support for carrying out detailed investigation in this regard and make a copy of the same made available to me forthwith. 6. A copy of the present letter is being sent to the Office of the Jansampark of the Honourable Chief Minister of Gujarat. 7. I do hope that you would be kind enough to inform the Revenue Secretary as well as the Chief Secretary of Gujarat in case the Office of the Collector has stopped you from carrying on detailed inquiry in this regard with a copy marked to me especially when the instructions have been issued by the City Mamlatdar. 8. Kindly note that your failure to give valid written explanation to me may go against you in case the Collector office dumps the responsibility on you for inaction on your part. 9. I do hope that you would understand the seriousness of the subject
