The Chief Secretary,

Government of Gujarat

Gandhinagar

Madam,

  1. Kindly refer to my email dated 9th October 2007 referring my written submissions to City Mamlatdar (with a copy marked to you). The said written submissions are part of takrari nodh proceedings 74/07.
  2. However, there is no reference of my written submissions in the Order passed by City Mamlatdar on 9th October 2007. This means that my written submissions are ignored and just filed away.
  3. I humbly request you to be kind enough to make on the spot inquiry by seeking observations of City Mamlatdar in writing while marking a copy of the same to me within next forty eight hours failing which it would be assumed that you do not have tight control on the administration of Gujarat.
  4. As a Chief Secretary of the State it is expected of you  to BE ruthlessness and persistent while  dealing with  various departments so that they  deal the issues of  common citizens coming to them with due care and responsibility especially when it involves property rights.
  5. I would also like to refer that your past instructions to the Collectorate as regards to my various emails are not being pursued by the Collectorate office and as your office does not have suitable method of monitoring and supervising the instructions, your good intentions and efforts are being wasted. Kindly ask some one to monitor the progress by email and phone call on daily basis to the Collectorate office my various emails to you immediately.
  6. Kindly mark a copy of email /letter sent to the Collectorate office and City Mamlatdar as the City Mamlatdar has the habit of hiding vital instructions from above.
  7. I am marking a copy of  the present email to the  Collector office and I expect the collector office to give reply by email forthwith. When I as a sixty year old person is able to  sit on the internet to type out by email  , they can very well attend to  my emails promptly by email.
  8. I look forward to your follow up action.

Thanking you.

Yours most respectfully,

Pankaj S Mody
